Complete Carburetor Rebuild Service
We will assess the overall condition of your carburetor once it arrives and email parts and service required if beyond standard condition. If you have exacting requirements. Example: "I have a slat grill and only want a correct carburetor." It may take longer to obtain the correct parts if not in stock. If these type of special parts are required or excessive wear/damage is seen on the supplied carburetor an estimate will be provided outside of the prices listed below. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this service.

At present, we do not offer rebuild services for Solex models.

Purchase a Rebuilt Carburetor
We stock rebuilt carburetors on most models and can ship same day if required (expedited shipping costs extra).  Please note that any purchase of a rebuilt carburetor requires a core exchange of the exact same model.  Cores provided must be in rebuild condition, meaning all parts are present, uncracked and without damage and have gone through our shop for basic diagnostics. If a core is not provided, a core charge of 1/3 the retail price is assessed. Please contact us for pricing on specialty carburetors. The rarer the model, the higher the core charge.

Warranty: 1 year (parts & labor)

All TJL carburetor's are remanufactured to new condition and are tested on our engines for final adjustments. The use of non-oxygenated fuels may prematurely damage your rebuilt carburetor and void the warranty.

ELECTRICAL REFURBISHMENT

Tonka Jeep Limited restores all models of Autolite and some Delco-Remy generators, starters and distributors and stock many of them.

Example: "I have a Ford GPW and only want a Ford marked generator or starter." It may take longer to obtain the correct parts if not in stock. If these type of special parts are required or excessive wear/damage is seen on the supplied components an estimate will be provided outside of the prices listed below. Please allow 3-4 weeks for this service.
